Send-MQTTMessage [-Session] <MqttClient> [-Topic] <String> [[-Payload] <String>] [-Quiet]
 [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION​

This function will publish a message to a MQTT topic.
