New-EXOUnattendedCert [-Organization] <String> [-OutputDirectory] <String> [-AppID] <String>
[-DisplayName] <String> [-PassThru] [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

Creates a new self-signed certificate than can be used for azure app authentication.
